Hey everybody, I'm just sick and tired of hearing people complain about running being bad for your knees. It's just not true! Studies have actually shown that runners have a LOWER rate of osteoarthritis compared to non-runners.

The most important thing about running without pain is HOW you run, which is why learning proper technique such as ChiRunning is so vital. Hitting the ground thousands of times per mile at 2-3x your body weight with poor mechanics is like jamming your joints with a hammer 1000s of times. If you can smooth that out, it will greatly increase your longevity as a runner.
