Resilience: This Life Ain't for Sissies!


To be a good runner (and a good person, btw), you really have to have an ability to thrive under pressure and roll with changes in your life. We can whine or complain about how things don't go your way, but it's in those moments of challenge that build our character of who we are.

I highly recommend the book The Resiliency Advantage by Al Siebert, PhD. When things don't go your way, you'll be better able to adjust and even thrive.
